Banks & Vaults Guide
The only place in TUSG.io where dying costs you nothing.
Everything you carry, you can lose. Banks are the answer: fixed zones on the map where you can stash ores, components and items into a persistent vault — inventory that survives every death, every session.
How do banks work?
- Banks are marked zones — stand inside one to open your vault.
- There is a mass limit (500 by default) for using a bank: giants cannot bank. Deposit runs are something you do while small — which is exactly when you want your valuables out of your pockets anyway.
- Standing at a bank telegraphs that you are carrying something worth depositing. Keep deposit visits short.
What should you vault?
Everything you would be angry to lose: rare ores (Aetherium, Valorium), liquids, high-power components, and gear you are not wearing. The discipline rule of TUSG.io: loot you have not banked is loot you are gambling — carry only what your current fight needs.
