Armaments are the weapon slot: raw damage against players, against NPCs, and projectile speed. This is the single biggest damage lever in the gear system.

Every wearable drops with a power level from 1 to 10; its stats scale linearly with power, so a power-5 item gives exactly half the values below. Higher-level monsters and boss kills roll better power.

Which armament should you use?

Read the split before you equip: Bone Scythe (+40% NPC damage) is a farming tool, Shadow Dagger (+30% player damage) is a PvP tool. Carrying the wrong one wastes the slot.
